By accessing our website, contacting us, making bookings, or using our accommodation services, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions, along with any policies and house rules communicated by us.

Eligibility

  • Users must be at least 18 years of age to use our services.
  • Guests may be required to provide valid Emirates ID, Passport, Visa, or other identification.
  • Golden Nest reserves the right to refuse accommodation if documentation or eligibility requirements are not met.

Bookings & Accommodation

Payments & Deposits

  • Security deposits may be collected during booking or check-in.
  • Deposits may be adjusted against damages, unpaid rent, violations, or missing items.
  • Late payments may result in penalties, service restrictions, or termination of stay.
  • Refund timelines may vary depending on inspection and clearance procedures.

House Rules & Conduct

To maintain a safe, hygienic, and comfortable environment for all residents, guests must follow all accommodation rules.

  • Maintain cleanliness in rooms and shared/common areas.
  • Cooking after 11:30 PM is not permitted.
  • Excessive noise, disturbances, or nuisance behavior is prohibited.
  • Smoking, alcohol, illegal substances, gambling, and unlawful activities are prohibited.
  • Unauthorized guests or overnight visitors are not allowed without management approval.
  • Damaging property, furniture, appliances, or mattresses may result in penalties.
  • Shoes must be kept only in designated areas.
  • Residents must cooperate with housekeeping, maintenance, and safety procedures.

Golden Nest reserves the right to suspend, terminate, or deny accommodation services in case of policy violations, misconduct, non-payment, illegal activities, or behavior affecting the comfort and safety of other residents.

  • False, abusive, illegal, or defamatory content is prohibited.
